What can I expect when beginning a project with your firm?
Iknow’s core project approach is based on the IDEAL model. This organizational improvement methodology serves as a roadmap for beginning, planning, and implementing projects and programs. A typical approach for getting started involves a short, 6 to 8-week Phase 1 project. The objectives of this initial Phase are to understand the current business environment, define the business case, and establish a KM Roadmap. It depends upon the position and the project. Part of our work is done on-site and part is done remotely.
