Ms. Kim M. Luke is a Senior Consultant and a Finance Specialist at Iknow. She has more than 20 years of experience in working with both large publicly-held companies as well as small-to-medium, privately-held and/or family-owned businesses.

Ms. Luke also serves as Iknow's Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Luke is a Certified Public Accountant and brings a hands-on and consultative approach to the finances, accounting, tax planning and business strategy at Iknow. Her experience encompasses all facets of accounting, tax and business planning and analysis, banking, legal, insurance, regulatory compliance, and external audit.

Ms. Luke is the founder and President of Prolifix Accounting and Tax Services, Inc., a regional firm that provides advisory, accounting and tax services to small to medium privately-held companies. Prolifix is located in Hightstown, NJ.

Ms. Luke earned both a Bachelors of Accounting Degree and a Masters of Business Administration at Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ, and holds an active CPA license in New Jersey.

She has worked with Prudential Insurance Company of America, AT&T, Cricket Converters, LLC, Sonoco Engraph, Inc. and NeoStrata Company, Inc.

Ms. Luke is active in several professional associations, including:

Kim enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends (preferably with all of them at the beach!!). She has two children, Paige (9) and Ayden (6).
