Terms of Use

The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Iknow LLC. By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and re-export control laws and regulations.

You agree not to do any of the following while using the site:

  • Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the site to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information in violation of state, national and foreign law;
  • Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the site;
  • Interfering or attempting to interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including without limitation, sending a "virus" to the site, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "crashing," or "mailbombing" the site;
  • Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
  • Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation.

For areas that require registration, by completing an online registration form, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements as set forth on the form.

Violations of any of the above, including intellectual property infringement and site security issues, will be investigated by Iknow and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, whether civil or criminal. Iknow may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website.

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any action related thereto shall be governed, controlled, interpreted and defined by and under the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be the state courts of the State of Delaware and each of the parties hereto submits itself to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purpose of any such action.
