The State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations selected Iknow LLC to receive a three-year Contract Purchase Agreement to provide Lean Process Improvement Services (Master Price Agreement #486). All State of Rhode Island executive, legislative, and judicial branches, quasi-public agencies, and municipalities (cities, towns and school districts) may use this contract. The contract period started on September 1, 2016, and continues through August 31, 2019, with two (2) one year extensions.
Iknow was selected because of its extensive experience designing and implementing Lean Process Improvements.
