Iknow’s Bob Armacost was selected to deliver a Capstone keynote address at the 32nd Annual SCIP International Conference & Exhibition. SCIP, the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals, held its annual conference from May 16-18, 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia. The conference is the world’s largest annual conference in the competitive intelligence field.
Bob's keynote, titled “Knowledge Management – The Key Ingredient to Business Intelligence,” illustrated the timeless imperative for effective knowledge management in any organization, and how it can greatly enhance the impact of business and competitive intelligence. Consistent with the conference theme of skills and the organization, Bob showcased several emerging trends illustrating how leading organizations are embedding impactful and sustained knowledge sharing into everyday work.
The key trends included how organizations turn project-based learnings into repeatable assets, how they mobilize people networks to create value, and how newer cognitive computing tools are being used to uncover business insights.
